Entropy is the one of the best known laws of Physics.
The theory of Evolution and Big Bang cosmology requires that physical laws, atoms and molecules organize themselves into increasingly complex and beneficial ordered arrangements. Yet everywhere we look we see things decreasing in order and complexity. It is a well known scientific fact that, left to themselves, complex chemicals and molecules actually tend to become simpler and more disorderd with time. For example: people grow old and die, buildings deteriorate, cars rust, stars burn up, we see the extinction of animals, (we do not see new species being formed), the list could go on, but you get the idea. This is known as the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics or Entropy - everything in our universe obeys this principle, there are no exceptions. Which is why in the above picture, it states that "Entropy is the universal pattern of the cosmos, not Evolution."
